Our team

The employees are the biggest capital of a company. We are therefore extremely proud of our team. Every day, between 60 and 110 employees are working in our greenhouses. The atmosphere is informal and involved. Back and forth there are expectations, but always with respect for each other.

We also pay special attention to our seasonal workers. We ensure that the wages are paid in accordance with the Dutch horticultural collective labor agreement. We also pay attention to the housing of our seasonal workers.

To further professionalize our personnel policy we have support from external guidance. That project is made possible with a contribution from the European Social Fund (ESF).
