Our Team: The Heart of Our Company

Our employees are our core value – they are our greatest asset. We are therefore immensely proud of our diverse and motivated team, which contributes daily to the success of our company. Between 70 and 125 employees work in our greenhouses, where an informal and engaged work atmosphere prevails. Respect for each other is always paramount, and there is room for clear mutual expectations.

Care for Seasonal Workers

We also attach great importance to the well-being of our seasonal workers. Therefore, we ensure that wages are always in line with the Dutch horticultural collective labor agreement. We also pay attention to the housing of our seasonal workers, so they can feel comfortable in their free time as well.

Professionalism in Human Resources

To elevate our human resources policy, we collaborate with external experts. This project is made possible in part by a contribution from the European Social Fund (ESF), which allows us to further strengthen our focus on professionalization.
